We allow returns up to 30 days starting the day of purchase. If you need to return items, please contact us within the 30 day period. If it is past the 30 day period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange (please see below for more information about exchanges).
For a return, we ask that you contact us via email and forward your email receipt to verify purchase and purchase date. We ask that you contact before you ship back your item(s).
If you need to return your item(s), they must be in an unused, sell-able condition. Exceptions are made if items arrive to you defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping to return your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will not be included in your refund for you item(s).
Once we receive your item(s) and have inspected them, we will let you know if they are approved or rejected for a refund (this will all depend on the condition of the item(s)). Once approved, we will let you know that a refund will be sent to the credit card that was used for the purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days to allow the refund to be returned on to your credit card.
